The photographic triptych He Cried in a Whisper at Some Image, at Some Vision (2012), represents three large museological displays of religious sculptural artefacts from the 'Africa Rooms' of the former Ethnological Museum in Dahlem, Berlin. The museum no longer exisits and its collections have since been incorporated into the contested ‘Humboldt Forum’ at the recreated Berliner Schloß in central Berlin.
