The lightly constructed sculptural assemblage from wood, acylic glass, mirror and painted card, and illuminated by a programmed array of lights in slow but constant flux, interrogates the dramaturgy and contestations of the heart of traditional European historical and ethnographic museums. The installation work creates out of the flimsy structures a dynamic environment of emerging and dissolving forms, silhouettes, reflections, and shadows. The title refers to the book by P. D. Ouspensky "In Search of the Miraculous (Fragments of Unknown Teaching)",  an exposition of the teachings of esoteric philosopher George Gurdjieff.
